Development Manager
Larry Rublin
Larry joined our staff in February 2004 with a broad IT background including
system development, product management and system administration in a variety
of technical and functional environments. His responsibilities at Degel
include project management, business development and office
administration. Most recently he served as the Project Manager for the
development of Talk Now for Series 60 on behalf of Orange's Communications
Products Organization.
Larry joined us with nearly two decades of prior experience:

At Amdocs, he served as a Project Manager in the R & D Generic Enhancements
Group. The group identified, developed and marketed generic
enhancements for Ensemble, Amdocs's flagship suite of Customer Care and
Billing products. While at Amdocs, he also represented the company in
the GSM Association's TADIG group, and served as the Product Manager
for Ensemble's solutions for the billing of international roaming
calls for GSM networks (TAP3 and RAP).

While a Project Manager at Malam Systems he managed the PC and
distributed systems track of the Israel Police's Y2K project.

At IBM Global Services (formerly Tadiran Information Systems) he
managed and/or marketed a variety of smart card related projects.

As IS Manager for Somekh Chaikin (KPMG Israel - formerly Price
Waterhouse Israel) he managed the firm's internal computers, networks
and applications for over 400 users, and represented the Israel
affiliate in the various technical forums of the worldwide firm. While
at Somekh Chaikin, he successfully implemented one of the country's
first Lotus Notes systems and integrated it as a part of Price
Waterhouse's worldwide Notes network. He also served as a Senior
Consultant for the firm's consulting subsidiary and participated in a
variety of development and EDP auditing projects for clients such as
Intel, The Israel Electric Company and Bank Leumi.

At Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) he participated in a number of
main frame development projects for financial and commercial clients.
Larry graduated from Northeastern
Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in
1983 and earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the
University of Chicago's Graduate
School of Business in 1987.
